ParticipantThanks Dave. No I haven’t, although it has worked when they’ve got it to start. Mind you he told me before I left a new McDonald’s built round corner, drawing too much power and the supply voltage to the house all over the shop. They had electrician in. Just wondering if there’s been any transient spikes that’s done some damage to board.

Hi Chris. As its a washer dryer the dryer heaters have got to be your first port of call. A lot of them displayed ED4 if you access the fault code memory, not related to the dryer heaters.

Thank you. Just tested, it’s ok 25 ohms with high insulation. The motor doesn’t kick in though don’t know if it’s registering fault just on a static fill?
