ParticipantRe: indisit IDL 705
the first thing it does at the start of a wash is drain, if you cant hear the pump it is blocked 9 times out of 10, you can get away with taking filters out sometimes and shoving a long cable tie int sump to free the pump. the only other thing it could be but un likely is an earth fault on wash motor, causing npo but that is last resort if pump is clear. 🙂

will need a module kit, you get main board & eeprom, & display mod & eeprom , i fitted one today, im a indeshit franchise so luckly i have e mit and hardware key, there a pain in the ass. hope this helps for future , stew..

ParticipantRe: indisit IDL 705
it is time out draining, lay machine on lhs remove base, then un screw pump from pump cover , you will prob find a pip from fruit or something blocking impellar, hope this helps. stew 🙂

ParticipantRe: hotpoint wf240 sticking
check motor to module harness on motor plug especially, failing that replace the module and eeprom, they are prone to module failure .

ParticipantRe: Indesit D63, plastic piece broken in bottom?
she has prob pulled off or broken the syphon device this lets water into base pan if machine overfills, it screws in i think, or she may of unscrewed the bottom spray arm hub, this would let water pee into base and activate anti flood.. i see these little gems all day 🙁

ParticipantRe: indesit d63
you may find its leaked water into base pan at some stage and caused an earth fault on wash motor, this throws up really strange faults, failing that try the black thermostat that screws in near sump.
