It requires pressure sensor modification kit 4055346060.
Which is a modification of the previous modification kit if you get my drift.

29ohms is about right for element resistance, its important that there is no leakage to earth though.
E42 points to door interlock problems, with power off have a look at wiring to interlock and at connection to p.c.b, maybe poor connections or loom burned connections etc are givint that code.
If you can use a test meter on high resistance settings, (M’ohms) to check for leakage to earth, any component with low resistance to earth (below say 3 M’ohms) would cause tripping.
Check motor & heater as they usually are components prone to earth leaks.
This machine is made by Zanussi/Electrolux for John Lewis.
    Hope this helps.

Supplys the motor with DC current, its likely to be the problem.
But without inspecting the appliance I can’t tell you what is wrong.
Most likely to be DC module, less likely motor, even less likely P.C.B. (i.m.h.o)

Need to check motor & main PCB are good before fitting new DC module.

Most cost effective thing to do is try a DC module first, *current part number used is 2817690100, if that doesn’t cure the problem its normally a P.C.B or P.C.B and motor that is required.
As for testing, we don’t know your knowledge of electronics, but a test meter would be used to test the motor.
Visually you can inspect cable looms, connections, circuit boards, most times there is a visible blown piece of track gone on DC module, quite hard to see sometimes, but normally there is a little black puff of carbon/burn on face of plastic holder of DC module which is a giveaway that something has popped.

Fine blue cable from flowmeter damaged going up through loom on them is an issue.

    Spray arms blocked maybe ?
Top spray arm feed pipe has been problematic on them, guides at back that the basket push into tend to get damaged so not letting top basket seat correctly, so poor washing on the top. Look for feed pipe out at base or blocked from sump area either.
All Beko dishwashers fill 4 litres of water.

the door will not lock and technically it doesn’t need to in order to wash clothes! My other question would then be is there anyway to override the door lock, I promise I won’t open the door mid cycle! 😆

Don’t think you will get much help with a stupid statement like that, the interlock is a safety device, not to be overridden.
Now hows about getting someone with knowledge of what they are doing to look at it, see if it can be safely repaired.

Rear seal displaced, air not channeled over heater and into drum, hence heater going out on high temp’?

Don’t understand why you are asking on here.
Contact the manufacturers to arrange service under warranty for any problems you have with appliance.

I’d imagine the heater is gone faulty, but that is just a guess, need to test it or get someone to test it for you.
