iadom wrote:Thanks Seamy, machine is in a garage and AFAIK they don’t stop it mid cycle.
Any reason why the diagnostics wouldn’t run correctly, it just flashes red/green continuously without a pause???
Jim.
Diagnostics may not run correctly if it has not been selected correctly, corrupt board, short circuit of component etcSeamy
ParticipantRe: Beko wmb71231 door locked
Check pump, and try new interlock, if this doesn’t solve issue fit new P.C.B

ParticipantRe: Zanussi dryer cutting out.???
Heater goes out on them sometimes if dryer is used constant without cool down period. NTC needs to cool down.
Check rear felt bearing/seal, if its off or distorted air from fan is not directed over heater and again heater goes out, open circuit but this normally throws up a fault E62Seamy

Change the diode, mounted below rear opening panel, usually sorts this problem out

ParticipantRe: Electrolux DW 40010V1 Relay For PCB? See Photos
P.C.B generally cures the problem, I never go down to component level by changing relays etc.

23000 new cylinder head would have been £3200 but under g’tee 18 months
54000 new dmf clutch £650
now 64000 drive shafts on the way. Approx £800
It’s on it’s way after a service tomorrow.
Worst van I’ve ever had, my LDV Pilot was basic but soldiered on for 98000 until I upgraded to this waste of space.
“If only everything was as reliable as a VW” yeah right!
And I drive gently.Have had the clutch done at 120k, gearbox bearings done too, drive shafts went twice. They’re expensive to buy and to keep serviced.

ParticipantRe: Vehicle
Have an ’05 VW Transporter LWB, near 1/4 mill’ miles on the clock.
Am thinking of changing as its costing a bit to keep on the road in its old age, was thinking maybe getting a Citroen Dispatch or Peugeot Expert.
Any views on those anyone?Seamy
ParticipantRe: DSC85W – no heat, much weirdness???
Is the NTC low to earth? If it is it won’t heat, new heater or heater & p.c.b required i’d imagine.

Needs a pressure sensor modification kit fitted,

Blockage in pressure vessel/hose, pump housing/filter. Drain pump too weak, drain hose clogged etc, pressure sensor failure, highly unlikely p.c.b.
Appliance has to read zero level before moving on.
Power off and remove pressure hose from pressure sensor, then test on spin to see if it moves on after running drain pump.I’ve have replaced pumps on a few of these for similar problems, original pump has impeller which is angled off, when replaced with older type pump which has normal type impeller they seem to shift water out quicker.

Most likely you need a DC module

ParticipantRe: Zanussi ZDTS101 – Anti-flood warning
Pressure sensor gunged up perhaps

ParticipantRe: AEG/Lux T.Dryer
P.C.B perhaps faulty

ParticipantRe: beko drcs76w not heating
Possibly p.c.b, did you test the element to see if its faulty?

Would be advising you to get an engineer to do it. 💡
