if you look at picture of this common fan motor, the fan blade can be used to let you out of a hole, not as big & wont catch on element.

Re: Beko WMB81455LW eco with 0417 error

Don’t think that’s a fault code, instead its just the number of the software thats on the p.c.b
Power off for a few hours normally resets them.
Would check the usual suspects, heater, brushes, conditioner valve, pressure vessel, drain hose isn’t syphoning etc, presuming its going till last 15mins’.

Hi again Mary, motor start capacitor is mounted beside the motor, quite easy to replace, side panel has to come off, after taking top off.
    Power off of course.

Part number is 1250020334 for capacitor.

Re: Beko dcu 8230 replace drum bearings

Perhaps drum is rubbing off side panel, they run very close & if there is a dent in it or drum running off they can rub off the side, or grit/debris on front bearing.
Which bearing assembly did you replace out of interest, front or rear?
Just in years of doing these and having done many hundred beko machines i’ve never had to change a rear bearing assy’ on a Beko tumble dryer.

Fish it out with a long piece of wire perhaps.
If you are feeling strong tip appliance backwards and find the hose underneath.
Careful though as its quite heavy.

Just remember not to blow into pressure sensor, it can damage them.

Re: Beko dcu 8230 replace drum bearings

To be honest i’ve done hundreds of these dryers, not had to fit “drum bearings” on any. Maybe you might take a look at the rollers that the drum sits on, they can become noisy. Blocked fan also caused severe noise during use.

    Re: Panasonic NA-147VB4. Error E04

E04 = overflow, if you blew into pressure sensor its probably knackered now. If constantly filling before blowing into it, it could be faulty inlet valve if you are lucky (* poor water pressure may cause contant fill) or blown triac on board, could turn out major expensive though if you need to fit p.c.b.
This is the Vestel made Panasonic machine.

Presume if its not still hot that there may be a sensor issue giving info’ that it is still hot and preventing door from opening, just a thought.
