    Why ??
you would have to buy a complete filter & pump unit for a machine with a bayonet type pump, then hope it fits yours.

£600 quid dryer that, which motor do you think fault code points to, as there are 4 motors:- Compressor motor, drum rotation motor, compressor cooling fan motor, condensate pump motor.
What was the error code when you accessed diagnostics out of interest in case we come across it again.
Had only previously had to change a capacitor on one of these before and one had a door striker broken which threw me for a while.

One of the more difficult ones.

Actually Panasonic don’t call it a door seal, its a wringer frame packing.

If you PM me i’ll send you a service manual which gives step by step pictures.

Re: Beko DPU 8360w not heating

Heat pump dryers only generate quite low heat, filters are critical.
Check that they are clear, test at NTC near compressor, should read 50c I think, if its much lower there could be a system problem.

Likely a hose from duct blocked. Best get engineer to look at it, is condenser cleaned regularly?

    Check door & compressor NTCs.
    Compressor overload.
    Check compressor windings etc.

They do this on spin section if unbalanced load detected, they will go back to 12 min’s left say & restart spin, will do this a few times & then abort.
    Is that whats happening perhaps?

Is the door closing? Door striker (that makes switch) maybe broken off?
