    Re: Neff Condenser dryer R4381X1GB

I Noticed they sell the module complete with plastic covers so i’m assuming it’s not designed to come off!!

Hi Martin i have disconnected all the cables to the board and tried to get it out but abandoned it because i thought i might break it – tricky to wangle it away from the plastic cover any tips?

Thanks for the telephone number eastlmark. No the wash arms are whirling round fine, plenty of pressure. But just wondering if the repair to the flow meter has anything to do with the heater being switched off prematurely?

Thanks Seamy for your reply. I’ve ordered a new heater relay so we will see if that cures it. But getting Miele parts is not easy, in the end i had to order the part from Germany on ebay – just hope it arrives!

Would appreciate a heads up on where to get Miele parts in the uk in future if anyone knows, because i searched all over for that part?

So if he does take it further would i be liable for the cost of a brand new replacement machine or the true cost of a second hand machine that was faulty?

    Hi Kwatt,

Thanks for the reply. I kept a washing machine for two months for a customer then scrapped it, he then after 3 months rang to say he wanted it back. So you’re saying he has no case against me if he tries to take it further?

Last registered fault code E54 – got the hairdryer on it and dried out the motor and off it went.

    Thanks for the tips guys.

    Hi Don,

Thanks for the quick reply. Just as a matter of interest what’s the cost of the genuine boot at connect and what’s the part number?

A lot of the older dishwashers had cut cables at front of m/c 💡

Keep the skin on your fingers – buy a spider & ring complete, quite cheap these days 😀

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for the reply – No the float microswitch is working fine, when i manually activate it there is a definate click and the drain pump works for about 20 sec and then when i release the float there’s another definate click.

However, the machine still wont programme up – beginning to think it’s the electronics!
