    Re: smeg oven SC107SG-8

Thanks eastlmark for your help. I go on the Servevast direct website and the only module (no picture) listed for that model number comes up ser00032999 but the price of that one is £129.00 so i’m thinking that’s the wrong module and I need the other one ?

The trouble is the serial number has been rubbed off the oven and all I have to go on is what the module looks like, do you know the correct module number they go by at servevast as I don’t want to order the wrong one ?

Hi yes the grill is working – I think the part number of the module is 691650850 and it looks similar to this: https://www.semboutique.com/14057-modul … -puissance
only the two white relays near the connector block are black !
Printed on the original module is CIG09005

No nothing like that, when the control is set to the fan element symbol the digital display shows 160oc but there is no power to the fan element, so it never gets there!

Hi I have a bosch washer dryer in with the same error display – washer heater element seems ok as does the dryer element!
I have tried to cancel the error code by disconnecting the motor and then pressing one of the other buttons as i rotate through the programmes but won’t do it – any ideas on how to cancel it?

If it’s not the heater element is it likely to be a motor fault ?

Thanks Martin for your reply – i did check search first but there seemed to be no conclusive outcome on this fault. But there was enough for me to try a new door interlock first and that did not cure it – So is it likely just to be the motor or the power module as well ?

    Hi Martin,

Thanks for your reply, do you know where to look for the temperature probe on the f/f as this is an integrated appliance ?
