    Re: Impatient and ignorant

If we could do everything today we could have the rest of the week off. Last week customer leaves name/address on ans machine but not his phone number. Not in phone book, so dicide to knock on door next morning as I am in his area. Pleased to see me but had arranged with a competitor to visit that afternoon. Anyway invites me in to diagnose fault with oven (element blown) so get the job while his wife is on the phone cancelling the other company. Adamant they are in the phone book until wife checks to discover they ain’t. Seems if you are not with BT you ain’t in the book.

Re: Siemens WT46E389GB/17 drum cracked/ holed

Regarding my previous post, that is where the damage was on my customers dryer on the front where the wheels run. Not a Siemens but a Bosch and out of the two year warranty but repaired FOC once customer had complained.
Suspect they share the same insides and due to cost may be worth customer contacting Siemens and politely explaining her distress at the failure of such a quality product! 😉 .

Had a customer last year with same problem. Told her to contact Bosch even tho it was out of warranty. They did drum replacement free of charge.

Thanks for the reply Martin, have asked the customer to check if the machine came with the 5 years parts thingy as being the cheaper option.

Re: Beko WM6143B part numbers needed

    Hi George,

For front panel is it the control panel you want?.
If so Connect part number is,
    2826589012
    Programme Knob
    2854600600

Spin Knob? on Connect Mediator they have a Temp Knob plus a bank of switches, anyway the number they have for the Temp knob
    is 2854700600.

    hope this helps.

    Re: work dead

Not to bad here, tend to do a lot of titled work in castles met Kyle Minogue (is that how you spell it) in one.

Customer Bosch dbl oven no heat from fan oven so he went out and bought element still no heat thats where I came in.

Blow’n element took out the multi function switch, tend to charge a wee bit more in the case of DIY. Important thing is the customer was over the moon.

On a wet or snowy day the less times you go in and out of the customers house the better. I arrive at the door with my tools showing I am ready to get on with the job at hand.
