ParticipantRe: Bosch Door Seals
Thanks for the reply, yes I do know all these faults it’s just that on the older Bosch machines this did not seem to be such a repetative problem.
Yes Helo_75 they are a nice job, in general I do enjoy working on Bosch washers compared to some others.

How long before someone pipes up that the colour white does not represent the multi culture nature of the UK.

ParticipantRe: Dealing With “Call Backs”
The other one is when you price a repair and customer gives the go ahead, when you have finished and are packing up the customer says, “so that should last me a few more years then”.
Well may do, but the part that I fitted is the only bit with my guarantee.

My wife has just come home and mentioned this machine was featured on BBC radio 2 this afternoon, seems like we may be hearing more about this machine, sound interesting tho.

Hello Martin,
I do agree with what you say, I am due to retire in three years and after many years on the tools I transferred to sales (for a change) progressing to a director of a local company.I had very good training both inhouse and out, one of the rules is never critise your customers decision on a purchase they made, also never decry your own company, I still abide by this rule, although the second one should not apply as I am self employed now and much happier for it.

P.S. I still wish Indesit UK had not changed from the Hotpoint jockey pulley system on the tumble dryer range, ie, sorry had to get that in.
