    Re: S’now joke

    Hi spimps,

I don’t use any special tyres if it’s to bad to go out I stay at home. It’s not so much the snow but the drifting from the fields even a 4×4 tractor will belly up.

Took me and the wife most of the morning to clear the snow from the garage. Not out today nor Tuesday just not worth it. Last Thursday landed in a snow covered ditch it was an hour before a tractor came along and pulled me out.

In the van I do carry a snow shovel, wellies, old bit of carpet (for under the wheels) other than that I jist bide in the hoose.

    Re: Zanussi ZKT631DX E3 fault

Hello Alan from snowbound Glen Isla.

Never worked on one of these but the TDS offline disc gives E3 as
“Phase not detected on powerboard induction left”.
    Hope that helps.

What about if Connect, Masterpart etc, paid UKWG for a page to promote these flyers, that way we can click on to view.

Should save them on printing and postage (environmentally friendly) and helps UKWG bank balance.

Came across it whilst driving to a repair, at first I thought you sounded a wee bit like Duncan Banantyne. It was a good listen tho.

    Re: Connect changed courier?

I used to get next day delivery via DHL but in the past few months it changed to 3/4 days.

Driver said they were instructed to leave the depot earlier in the morning so missed the main day delivery from the hub.

Ordered from Connect Monday morning, order with me 4.30pm Tuesday via DPD hope that’s a good sign.

Agree with you Merv, as long as you sign a note allowing DHL to leave a parcel without a signature then it’s OK.

Great delivery from UKWG tho, ordered fan oven element yesterday (19th Oct) arrives today and I live a wee bit remote.

Thanks for that Andy, I don’t have an account with Masterpart but I tend to pay by credit card at time of order.

Do I have to still do all the from filling stuff or can I do it all on line?.

At present I buy 90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of my parts from Connect but am impressed that you keep an eye on UKWG parts queries and reply with answers so may start buying from Masterpart.
