    I have had to stand on the bracket on some pattern ones to get them to fit. Thicker inner element catches drum in area next to bracket. basically push it away from the drum.

    Power off before doing this. Also are you in a flat with low hot water pressure?

    Two pumps one drain one circulation. Machine starts off with drain first of all. one may be worn. unplug power if you are going to look yourself.

    It was underfilling due to shorted heater cut through by collapsed drum bearings. when the drum turned it filled for a second. Was out of calibration.

    Have seen shorted heater knacker the pressure switch on a few.

    Yes i suspect polystyrene balls jammed under polystyrene float. vacumn out.

    OK went to a kitchen with a 720EF in it today. Also has wobbly regulator but working. Distinctly heard click when grill door opened and grill light behind facia comes on. The one i had the grill came on with the door closed but another engineer has attended before me so either he has removed the switch or it is stuck in the on position.
    Swerv is it just a standard 16A microswitch when customer rings me up again? 😆
