ParticipantRe: Neff dishwasher door won’t lock
Thanks everyone for the info it had a granite worktop dishwasher secured at the sides on top it had moved slightly back into the units and while the door was hitting the lever to activate the lock it wasn’t in far enough to catch the dent in the door

Have you actually timed it yourself? I had exactly the same complaint on a WD420 only last week. checked everything out, set it to a 40 degree wash and it took 1hr 45 mins which is the time stated in the manual, not had a call back since.
Timed it today 2 hrs 10 mins for a fast wash, I also checked element all seemed ok , but after 8 mins the power dropped off at the element , nothing there so the water got to maybe 15 degrees fast wash should hit 30 I checked the dial on the program panel that’s ok set at 40 , then I checked the ntc and it reads 15 k ohms at between 10 and 15 degrees Celsius , I don’t have any info on this one anyone know if that is correct resistance , element checks out ok also 38 ohms thanksiadom wrote:Syphoning, poor fill, OOB, customer error??
