    100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} main pcb, unless the bearings have gone. make sure you get serial number and order from GSPN as you could get the wrong one from connect if ordering by model number. there are 3 revisions for this model.

    has the customer loaded it too the hilt blocking all the vent holes, its a common problem on some air blown side by sides, i normally tell customer to leave at least an inch gap under shelves. 2.5cm in new money. 🙂

    dont forget the 2 tubs a day to fit, a mountain of parts sitting on your drive when you get home, and sorting your route running order times for the next day and emailing that off before 12pm, been there done that NEVER AGAIN !.

    plastic pin that holds the return spring has broken off, it will need ice chute assy, common on these.

    had one on a hoover machine the same as this and it turned out to be the heater retainer in the tub had broken causing the heater to rub against it and rub through the thin tin of the element.

    there is also an ntc on heater which are common to fail, which causes no heat. there is a test cycle for these which tells you what has failed.

    check to make sure fan motor isn’t loose in its housing, they are prone to coming loose , causing fan to stop and take out stats.

    sorry about hijacking this post, but I went out to one of these today, cannot select p and salt light on, there was no water in base, just wondering if the circulation pump can cause this ?

    cheers for the reply,I did think that it was HE at 1st, but it is definitely only showing bottom left and right and middle segments of the 1st number. and all the segments are lighting up, iv ordered a pcb anyway and see how it goes, cheers.
