    In what respect does it not dry properly ?, because there are so many variables involved in these.

    is it used in a small cupboard ?, condensor clear ? does it give a HE error ?

    I had the same issue with my own dryer, it turned out to be the board.

    wrong type of pan being used or board failure.

    Also if they are using these all singing and dancing tablets… it could be oversudsing, heaters dont like heating foam very much.

    We dropped D&G a few months ago because of their rates, which made it unprofitable. As you probably know a lot of the appliances they take on (if you take Beko out of the equation) are extremely difficult to get parts for.

    The other important thing is that it takes about 15 mins before any heat can be felt inside.

    I have added part number for water tank if it has split, and a fuse board if the fuse has blown in pcb box.

    E2 and U6 equate to the motor not turning, the fact that it takes the trip aswell i would say that water is leaking onto the hall sensor (really small pcb that sits in motor windings) and is shorting out, but of course it could be something else.

    if you have not already i would check pressure hose for holes, i have had a couple of these where it has rubbed through on the tub.

    i agree with eastlmark, check fan blades, i have been out to a few which were multiple visits, even though you could feel a good airflow, but the blades had a fair amount of fluff build up on them.

    front panel is probably bent, large screwdriver in hinge receivers, push towards oven, job done .

    when door is open and in the down position, make sure there door isnt bent below the 45 degrees angle

    Thanks Ken that`s basically what i have heard, i would be interested to know who these super agents are though.
