Well we have been getting D&G customers ringing up as private customers after we stopped working for them, D&G told them to ring a private company and send them the bill, so they rang us. this suits us as we get paid what we should.

    Re: DAG ( Domestic & General )

We have now stopped using D&G altogether, over the last 3 years we tried in meetings, phone and via email to improve on the rates that they pay but they avoided it at every step of the way. The decision we took was not taken lightly but when it costs you to work for them, we were left with no choice but to part company.
The fixed price repair that they offer is a joke when they say that £190 worth of parts on a cheap tumble dryer is acceptable, and i wont even go into the endless supply of fridge drawers/baskets and bottle holders that have to be fitted at your expense. My advice is steer well clear of their fixed priced repair no matter how desperate you are for work because in the long run it will cost you.

    Re: Beko CDA539fw too cold

sorry to jump on your post but I am glad this has been posted, unless you are lucky replacing the potentiometer and pcb at the rear rarely works, most of the time its all to do with a foamed in sensor on fridge evaporator wall which has to be cut out and replaced, my question is, has anybody done one of these ? as there is no info on manusoft other than replacing freezer evap sensor. many thanks

will be a pcb but make sure you get the serial number because there are several different types for these, also if drum bearings are badly worn out it can show a 3E error.

easiest way to tell is by the foam seal that is stuck to back panel, an old foam seal will be blue in colour with a white felt face, the new back panel will have a black foam seal with a white felt face.

    Re: Samsung WF1114XBD/XEU Error 3E

there are 4 versions of this model and 3 board types DC92-00968A,which is now obsolete,DC92-00675A,DC92-00969A which are still available, need to know serial number to tell which one is on the machine or get part number off of board, nearly always pcb but worn bearings can also cause this error.I would hazard a guess at it being the 969a board.
    hope this helps.
