ParticipantRe: teka / smeg dishwasher showing E7
Thanks again guys. Called back today and sorted it straight away, although it took several attempts to initiate test prog.
Hopefully this extra bit of info could be included in the next issue of fault guidesnig
ParticipantRe: teka / smeg dishwasher showing E7
Thanks guy’s. That was quick.
Found the fault codes on page 50 of whitegoods code book, and you’re right. I should have said diplomat, not whirlpool dishwasher. This doesn’t look like a whirlpool machine so i think you are both right with reset instructions. I will try it tomorrowsnig
ParticipantRe: hotpoint wt761 wont turn off
Thats right, this one has digital display so cant understand rinse light flashing rapidly. Have had board out and all buttons seem to click ok but havent tested any better than that. No fault code reported at all.

ParticipantRe: Bosch WBB24759 skipping spin
Hi, Yes ,tested with full load and empty but no difference. Sometimes won’t even attempt to spin before jumping to end of prog.

ParticipantRe: Hotpoint wd440 eprom setup
Finally resolved problem which was incorrect eeprom. this one is for new heater box design, i didn’t realise there were so many options. Thanks for the advise.
Although still unsure what the difference is between heater boxes should i be unlucky enough to come across another one?snig
ParticipantRe: Hotpoint wd440 eprom setup
Yes, this model has several eprom options, this one is cold fill only and therefore available, but some i see were no longer available and you had to buy a blank one and programme it.( VERY helpful )I had advised the customer to use his 5 year warranty but he wanted me to do it. I’m beginning to wish he hadn’t. Has anyone got a wiring /connection diagram for mark 4 board just in case i’ve reversed a connection.(they are not all keyed. some are single amp tags and we all no it can happen to the best of us)
