Hi,if you contact EMW phone N0 0115 9652118 they will normally test the pcb.If there is no fault found they will return it .Not sure on the price but it will be nowhere near the £30 you suggested.I sent them a board from Spain that was badly damaged and the repair cost was just over the £30 mark.
Just give them a call. Stevespanishwhite

Press your cursor on the word cough and it will give you a link as to what is needed.Without the model n0 etc the guys will have no chance in trying to help you.

I am by no means an expert,i have found this site invaluable and have never found anyone to be patronising. What i do find annoying is the people that ask for help and either ignore the advice given,or continue to question the integrity of the engineers that offer their advice free of charge.

When knocking the bearings out use the drift in the 12, 3,6 and nine o’clock position as this will help to ease them out.You don’t have to buy a rear drum assembly you can just get a set of bearings.Totally up to you but it would be EASIER to get a new rear drum assembly. As Penguin advised eye protection is a must.

As Penguin said screw the pulley bolt back in and hit it hard. This will allow you to remove the plastic drum from the metal inner drum. You then have access to the bearings.

Sorry i have not come across that machine. It’s probably an offshoot of one of the”big boys”.If you can identify who makes it i would think that it will be easier to obtain a manual.
