Hi
I am afraid i think that it is the board too as it cannot diagnose itself..Quite a common problem in beko’s i’m afraid…..
Are you gonna price a board up or just throw the said item away…..A 665 is not that old is it not still under warranty?

Hi
Check the wires on the pressostat. I think there should be two double wires and one single…..common fault for one of the doublers to have worn loose and you will not be able to see it in its clear protector….causes spin probs…..

Hi Terry
When you use the test cycle does the motor rotate and go into Hi Spin…?
When you say it displays H then 3 dashes that means no fault found on components. Can you start it in normal mode?

Hi Jim
The motor stutter could be the timer itself. The front sealing gasket comes off causing warm air to rise into the timer….if you wiggle the timer in the stuttering position it will stop and start so it will need a new one. Usually the front fan sealing gasket comes off as well….If the heater and stats on the heater are ok the exhaust stat is at front of machine behind the front kick plate….

Hi Galway
Sounds like the board but check the front felt gasket and lower fan seal if you order a board. Chances are this has let steam out into the board….The bottom fan seal snaps and lets steam into the cabinet which inturn pulls the felt gasket off then damages the board….hth….

Hi Ashby
Sounds like the loom from motor to timer then (M7 lead it is called) ….when its under load.. i have had a few do this. Wot were the brushes like were they worn down? If they looked ok and a good length then its the loom.

Hi Ashby
Sounds like the brushes on the motor. When you select a cycle it locks the door then pumps then waits for the motor to turn if it doesn’t turn the door lock light flashes. Quite a common error.
Hopes this points you in the right directionSparkyp

ParticipantRe: Whirlpool no go
Hi Latham63
If the door locks then it is a set of brushes required. (Check brushes for continuity)If it does not lock then a door interlock is required.
Hope this helps

Hi There
It will lock the door and then check for motor rotation. If the motor does not turn it will be the brushes.
Happy to help

Hi
Depnds how you want to do it. Either with the door on the hinges or off. I prefer off as there is more space to work. Take an 8mm box spanner to the 2 bolts on the hinge. The door handle just comes off with a flat blade underneath and pull towards you. The outer rim will just clip on and off. Take it off with a flat blade between where the inner and outer rim meets on the door then slide it around and the rim pops off. A pair of long nose pliers to get the pin out of its holding. Also check the plastic door hook for cracks. Hope this helps.Sparkyp

ParticipantRe: LG WM-1280FHD ‘LE’ fault ?
Hi There
This machine has a direct drive system. Any model number that ends in d means direct drive and the ones that end with b means belt driven. Sounds as tho the direct drive motor at fault if it sounds noisy on a rotation thats if you are getting rotation. Would advise a pro as they are a bit fiddly.Regards
