Last week very busy, today not to bad rest of week quite. But that’s how it is for line of work. Tomorrow is only a phone call away.
Has any one done year on year stats, are there any trends that are seen year on year?

Neff S5443X2GB/42 bootom sprayarm not turning

Have you checked the jets are clear?
If there is pressure to the other spray arm and jets are clear and the machine isn’t being used on a half load wash. Then will most likely be the motorised valve motor.

I went to a customer who had a table top she bought from Argos (a Bush I think) she had the fill attached to her tap with a hose pipe connector do she could disconnect when not in use and the drain pipe dropped into sink when not in use. Not ideal but it worked for her.

DAMAGE WAIVER FORM

I had this in a student flat. I went straight to the letting agent, explained that I noticed a mark after I had worked on the washer but didn’t think I caused it but the students where insisting that I had. They where good about it and said at the end of there tenancy they where allowed an amount of wear and tear. Never heard any more. Now I use a big bath towel to put under the washer on vinyl floor.

Unreal prices.

This has been an on going problem for years. I managed a kitchen show room some years ago and we where always coming up against the Internet price cutters. The trouble is they are buying at the same price or better than the wholesalers and relying on quantities. Some manufactures won’t allow there products to be sold in that way so we stuck with them. At that time Neff was ok to deal with.

Candy S95 Oven door wont stay closed

When you open the door. Look at where the hinge enters the oven, you will see a silver plate covering the hinge, flick these up and back as far as they will go, then slowly close the door until the door touches them, this will now allow to to lift the door and slide away from the oven. Once the door is removed you can remove the hinges from the door.

Indesit w133 door seal removal

If you remove the plastic panel with the knobs at the top and also the plastic plinth at the bottom which slides left once the screws at filter are removed, you will see 4 screws, 2 top 2 bottom, remove these and the frt will slide down and off.

I agree, and find charging a fee sorts out the dross, I charge a few that I will knock off the repair cost, that way if they don’t go ahead I have at least covered my costs.
