Whilst the sheets were manually issued it wasn’t a problem but, to automate it, our friends at Redmond want a small fortune which I’m not too keen on giving them.
If you want to transfer the info onto an old sheet that’s absolutely fine, not a problem as all we need is the data back in a way it can be saved.

After the scolding I got from Tracy 😆
You dont want to get on the wrong side of her or the paperwork if not in the same format as it was sent will go to the bottom of the pile 😉Steven

Much easier to target speeding motorists on an empty motorway doing 85mph doing nobody any harm.
Cameras round schools, no problems with that and other areas where there’s kids or a lot of pedestrians, even cyclists.
Just wish they could prosecute stupid people using a Land Rover to drop the kids off half a mile from their homes. Clogging up the roads at school times.

Don’t get me started on the lazy tossers who drive out of the opposite culdesac drive into my road block my driveway, give me verbal abuse and tell me to wait while they drop of the sprog.I am surprised anyone hasn’t come up with a new game with a 12 bore. 😆

Jackal wrote:In short no. She could easily defend the matter if placed before the courts, using the “I cannot be billed two different amounts for the same thing..” conumdrum.
You can however, subject to your terms and conditions, which she should have signed and agreed to at the point of the original call, add your named administration and non payment charges such as interest and such like but these will need to be listed separately on any County Court Claim.

Jackal
Thanks for the info
As I said was a regular customer until now! but she was at work at the time was let in by neighbour as far as i recall, although did speak to her on phone from her work to confirm costs etc.
But we never get anything signed its all done as verbal agreement!! maybe we will have to have t&c printed on every job sheet and get them to read and sign before any work, just like i saw on rouge traders recently sparky goes in gets you sign your life away gives them rights to charge what the f88K they like.(dont want to stoop to their level)
This type of thing as far as i see it is becoming more common place cutomers refusing to pay etc you spend half your life chasing your arse.
We dont want to get involved in all the legal ins and outss just want to be paid for what you do and hopefully on time.
Been thinking for some time now and may have to do what the big boys do credit card up front for labour. dont want to do this but as usual the minority spoil it for the rest :rolls:Cheers
I will go and waste another 20 minutes updating the final final final reminder. 😆PS FORGOT
surely i can charge some sort of admin or late payment charge?

ParticipantRe: NON PAYMENT
I am adding this to this post as i this is sort of related with another customer with non payment of job done in Dec 2009.
Repaired delonghi range cooker, it required at the time an element, which later found that the selctor switch had blown.Did the repair and as good will only charged cost on the selctor and thermostat and a reduced half the labour rate as it was christmas and she had no oven over this time.
If this invoice has not been paid and she has completely ignored and even fobbed me off with another address to send the reminders etc too,
would I now legally be allowed to ammend the invoice to my retail rates to recovery a years worth of hassle?I know should not let these things get out of hand, but when you have done work for the same people year on you dont expect this shit.
please advise before I send in the heavys.

ParticipantRe: Looking At Costs
Im with Jim here, satisfied with the rates we get paid they are on a par with own chargable calls. I always try and give priority to these calls.
The way I see it ISE & Amica pay far more than any other SP, I know we are all the same boat as far as fuel costs go, and we all have different costs to cover. As usual we take on the chin, what else can we do ❓
On a positive note…I have gained many new customers as a result of ISE over the last few years, which in turn has IMO paid dividens, not only have we sold a product made a profit, gained work and been paid for it, without any cost of spares born.
We have that customer for life for other work, which if they are given a good service will undoubtly be rewarded with recommendations.
So I thank ISE for everything they have achieved. On many occasions I have not charged the higher rate of labour in the second year, this depends on the job, and also I forget 😳
As ISE pay us generally first from their own pot I assume you claim the higher agreed rate back from the insurance co?
If this benefits ISE with additional revenue, which later would benefit all of us then I for one would be happy to carry this on.💡 Rather than a speed of service, maybe some sort of bonus at the end of the year based on the turnover of sales and the jobs completed?
I am pissed off at the thread and the pricks who have jumped in with no connection to this customers problem and tired to shit stir especially in public.
I assume mum of six means there is a minimum of 6 people using a domestic machine commercially, its already had 5 years use in its short time, it did not stand a chance. (whether the person who sold this realised at the time only they know) probably regret it now, but that does not justify how she has been treated by her retailer.
This is not the fault of ISE, the blame lies wholely on the agent they should be a shamed. Full Stop.Steven

Probably PCB, look for dispenser hose leak, which can leak onto motor.
Generally just pcb fault.
