Yes but even adding £25 to Rc normal rate still only pays around £62 :rolls:

Getting £50 for every Amica job for tightning a weight or changing a pcb.
I know which I would rather have 🙂
The amount of smaller jobs out ways the larger ones, and they are not exactly difficult to work on 😉

    Re: JTM again!

The amount of work we used to get was minimal with the most amount of hassle.
we were supposed to be first tier for this area but we knew work was going else where! Last 6 months got to be 0800.
I just got the crapp any way, 2-3 visits and 2 months later may get paid, its not worth the agggravation!
Thats why i put them on stop until the settled what they owed ❗
Frankley life was so much better until recently when I decided to chase the last dreggs again out of them £400! wasted hours resubmitting invoices they already had, reducing spares prices because they wont make any money on the job (well hey join the fricking club) 👿
Now look you got me started again :bang: my blood pressure is about to explode :haier:
I have given them to the end of the week to settle then we can get on with life. Well we shall see.

    Re: JTM again!

I havent read all of these posts, but would advise against anyone doing work for them. Unless you enjoy being shafted ❓
I put them on stop before xmas because of the amount of back dated jobs not been completed, being paid and waiting for parts, even source own parts they nitt pick at the price when they cant talk on over priced spares 👿
I have been waiting and chasing payments going back 200 days+ one last july 8 months! 👿
At the end of the day already lost out on the jobs no doubt, and then to spend more time constantly chasing and hounding them for my money!
Just recieved payment 6 out of 10 jobs still waiting for payment some of those were 6 months old! :taz:
I have had about enough now being F&&*ked over by them.
TBH be glad to see the back of them, give my arse a well earned rest :rotl:

Just had to get this off my chest this morning! 😆

Dude, I’ve had way too little sleep the past few days… way too much Vodka, some bourbon I can’t recall the name of… a nasty hot curry tonight washed down with some wine in a vain attempt to chill out and you get all technical on my ass!!! 😆

Thing is, can you access the forums you’re supposed to be able to see as all the permissions were copied across and, on testing all seemed peachy. If it’s not then I kinda need to know but if I’ve set you up with individual permissions then you won’t show as belonging to a group and, it’s not that nobody loves you, it’s just that we don’t want to share the secret.

I love a good post dripping in sarcastic humour, lets see if it works and gets a laugh.

Im sorry, yes believe i can access those!
What secret is that; I didnt think we had secrets 😉
I dont want to be alone :rotl:

I use windows explorer on My home lap top but was so slow last night i kept nodding offf in between pages waiting to open! 😆
I use mozilla at work but it is a bit slow as well, it doesnt time out which is a good thing! 😉

    I :shutup:now!!

I did also get error gateway 408 when sending last post?
I have reduced security setting for now which is helping, not doing it as much, it is a real pain in the arse!

    Ps

In user group, in control panel setting it shows everyone who is allowed access, I can see me listed in the members area, but not listed on the others, ise, amica etc?

    Is this correct?

A decent pair of mole grips around bolt does the trick. 😉

Have you checked for any earth faults?
You say brushes half worn, is there carbon dust in motor tracking out?

The only other thing have you checked heater and thermisitor?

    Jim.

    Hi Jim

No but that was going to be plan A, to arrange for calibration day, but thought after not many would take up the offer:!:

So went for plan B, they will give you details on cost etc and I am sure if you did bring it along they could take it away and then post back within a couple of days 😀

Maybe we can see what the interest is on calibration and if the take up is good maybe we can arrange it for another time.

    Hi Neil

If you come along to the WTA meeting at Coventry Friday, there will be a company called ACT training and calibration.
They will be bringing along a range of test equipment.
There you will be able to get advice on the up to date regs and use of equipment.

    Re: AWTC10L

The main reason for motor fault error is a leak from the soap dispenser hose. ❗

You have to look closely as its not always apparent the pin hole which will be located close to the shoulder just below the hose clip. When you test it empty it may not leak. 😕

(there are other posts here mentioning the rough edge of drum rubbing the hose)
If this is the case then adjust top spring by stretching a bit.

If the dispenser hose is ok then look at the overflow grey hose on the rear of the dispenser I have had a few leak from here.

Although in many cases it all dry when you visit, so no visable signs but not before sometimes taking out the board!

Just take a close look or you will be going back again in a few months with the same problem!
