ParticipantJust had one of these with exact same problem. After lots of trial and error managed to clear it by holding express button and clock symbol at the same time for a few seconds. So guess it was child lock. Hate these rubbish dishwashers. Doesn’t even have an anti flood device. Just corrugated plastic cover on base like the Hoover washing machines.

ParticipantThanks for this. The drain pump did sound a bit noisy and laboured intermittently. May change that and see.

ParticipantOk The the salt and rinse aid lights are on. Assuming it needs salt and rinse aid.
but when it fills and starts washing the first light (Wash) flashes continuously with no pause and a bleeping sound is heard. And it continues to wash like this. The water heats and there are no leaks in the base. Thanks

ParticipantYes the plastic has come off of the bearing.
This could be the part. ThanksNovember 24, 2021 at 7:21 pm in reply to: Bosch washing machine 400 & 800 spin lights flashing. #479868subs
ParticipantIll have to check it out. Not sure how to do a reset on this one although I’m not sure it needs it as it will start. If put on spin it will drain and drum will turn for a bit then throw up the error.
I actually got called out to it to sort out the filter as the customer had tried to open the filter but it wouldn’t turn and he broke it. I stripped it down (full of crap and a baby’s plastic spoon). Put a new filter cap on it and when I tested it this error was coming up. So I think the error was there and this is what lead to the customer checking the filter. So cleaned the brushes and refitted them as they were only 50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} worn. But still the same.November 23, 2021 at 6:55 pm in reply to: Bosch washing machine 400 & 800 spin lights flashing. #479866subs

ParticipantThanks for this Dave.
Ive covered everything on the list so Its looking like the board.subs
ParticipantSo it turns out I had the wrong power board. My part number ended in 30 not 31. This board looks identical but doesn’t have the diode talked about. I replaced the diode on the old board and it’s all up and running now.
What a simple repair. Thanks for the help everyone. Can’t wait to do another one now.Subs

ParticipantWhen I tried to turn it back in it didn’t seem to want to turn on until I switched it off from the socket. In then came back on as normal.

ParticipantDon’t think that’s the issue. This model has an ‘auto turn off’ or something like that, where when the program ends it turns itself off. It ended a 30 minute program at 30 minutes but just turned off with no drain.
Thanks
