Hi, if you mean the one that’s like a pin by the front filter then I did. It was covered in fluff which I cleaned completely.
    Thanks

Re: Neff S51E50X1GB/25 heater insulation fault.

Hi, thanks for your help. I’ve managed to dry out the heater and it’s giving a good insulation reading now.
Do you have a part number for the seal repair kit or is it just the sump seal?

    Thanks

Hi, I changed the impeller jug and still same problem. Changed lots of these before and normally when it’s this it starts to fill but when the pc board receives no signal it shuts off water. This just keeps filling.

I did discover all those settings you described but didn’t have a clue what they meant. Customer had no manual. Will go back and give it a try.
Thanks for your help. Much appreciated.

Thanks for reply. My problem is the motor is working fine, or seems to be. Unless there’s a sock or something stuck between the drum and tub that is jamming it now and again. Customer days when it stops mid cycle she spins the water out ok.

That seems like the one I need. I take it there’s not a pattern one for this hood then.
    Thanks for your help.

Thanks. I’ll check that out. But what are your thoughts on the heater going again after less than a month?

    Re: Lec Defrost Timer Sticking

Thanks for the reply. Turns out that the heater was open circuit. I was of the understanding through previous experience that the timer motor has constant power, so as it clicked into defrost it will keep running sending power to the heater and then continue on to compressor run mode whether the heater/ stat/ or thermal fuse is open or not. That’s why on many occasions I’d come across a fridge running with an iced up evaporator and I would advance the timer to defrost and if the heater came on, change the timer, if not check heater/ cut in stat or thermal fuse etc.
Im going to change the heater but am interested to know why the timer would stop if anyone knows just because I like to know how things work.
This system just had a thermal fuse and cut in/out stat in evaporator.

    Thanks
