    The Amana filters ive done recently have been inside fridge top right hand corner. Filter housing drops down and you just twist and pull the filter, water shuts off automaticly.

    Probably dont help you much but i had exactly the same thing a few weeks ago. Would fill for rinse and stop. Checked all stats and everything and concluded timer. Customer did not go for it because of price so never new for sure.

    Along a similar line, i was looking through Servevastdirects website for a dishwasher part and came across something described as a “TURDISITY SENSOR”

    Replaced board, both sensors show correct readings, baffle working, defrost system working, evaporator fully frosted, evaporator fan working, condensor fan working, condensor clean, yet fridge will only get down to 8-10c .

    Any other ideas please!
