    Hi,
    thoght I would jump on this post any ideas how to get into the pump on one of these,
    I took on the repair not realising it was a heat pump dryer thamks

    yes total madness even with the top cavity out it was still difficult changing the element , I spent a lot of time trying to do it in situ but it is not
    possible. I will not be in a rush to do another

    hi, for anyone else attempting this job, the whole top cavity needs to be removed then insulation removed before access can
    be gained to the element

    Hi tried timed program but havent checked airflow, it just seems strange it goes exactly 2 minutes thanks

    anyone any ideas, it heats up and the fan goes but exactly 2 minutes into a drying program it stops

    I must be missing something with this one the bottom oven base element has a slot to remove it,
    the top oven base element doesnt have a slot to remove it, it seems to be a complete dismantle to access it

    Hi,
    I have done some work for them slightly out of my area, I do not understand why people would pay £94,80 plus parts for a repair.
    I do question whether i should do it or not but if i dont someone else will.
    I try to encourage the customers to contact me direct for future repairs.

    I wont be working for these guys again, I fixed a dryer for them which wasnt heating, customer reported same fault again, I
    went back no fault now covertxt say they are not paying because its not fixed
