Usually there are two red and white and one black and white.

    Red and whites go together.

I’m just being pedantic and pointing out how it read to me.

Ahhhh, I see just spoiling for a fight then eh 😉

It’s a pity there’s no Nuclear repairmen around when you want one 😆

Blimey, it’s like Rocky v’s Clubber Laing in here.

I get the impression Martin and Ken don’t quite see eye to eye on a few things.

Is it not time to bury the hatchet fellas :argue:

I have had quite a few lately with this fault.

    Has always been the pcb.

Defo worth checking the s/w though.

Re: Bosch WFO 2466 GB/01 MODULE

There are TWO sets of dip switches that MUST be correctly coded.

The first bank of switches I think is S1 (there are about 7 or 8 on there).

The second bank only has 2 switches on it is S10. this bank tells the m/c if it’s Bosch, siemens or other.

I defo think you have coded it incorrectly 🙁

    Re: Mental Block?

did a drum and bearing job on Bosch max (model no. escapes me).

As you know these are the poly tub m/c’s and bearings come with the back half of the tank.

Anyway was chatting away to the customer as you do, got it all stripped down and not too bad a job think I.

Fitted new seal and all those lovely screws that replace the plastic clips, put the whole lot back in the cabinet then I spy out of the corner of my eye the bloody heater bracket on the floor 😳 :bang:

Probably best to call an engineer in that case.

Can’t provide the public with wiring diagrams, sorry.

    7) Technical information. This is very often specifically copyright to a given manufacturer and will not be publically quoted in the forums.

Re: Bosch cooker schematic (fan oven duff…)

In the lower oven, the fan works, the heating element works, but not both at the same time!

When you say the element works do you mean the fan element or the top element ❓

If the top element is alternating with the main oven fan then I suspect you have selected the circo roast function rather than the fan mode.

Should a nuclear ENGINEER not know the difference between a motor and an engine ❓
