    I ordered a part yesterday that was showing stock. Parcel arrived today, but the part I really needed was showing as a back order. Really frustrating, as I had told the customer I would be back today to fit the part.

    I’m assuming that there is a pump on this model. Can you hear the pump humming?. I’ve had a couple that have been blocked in the inlet to the tank.

    Does anyone know where I can get parts for this machine?. I believe it is an Asko made machine, but I could be wrong.

    The element is item 11, I’m not sure what item 2 is. Unfortunately the diagram doesn’t show the inner back plate.

    081561600 is the 2.5kw. Masterpart alternative is HY14200 and the 1.6kw is BL14110.

    I’m pretty certain there is a 2.5kw and a 1.6kw. Depends on which is fitted. It should be either 081561600 or 081561602.
