ParticipantDo you have access to the BSH order management system? they do have wiring diagrams and test procedures for each model now.

ParticipantI had one do something similar and it turned out to be the valve. One of them wasn’t opening correctly to allow the correct amount of pressure through to take the conditioner.

ParticipantHi Dave,
that I don’t really know. The customer called yesterday and said that the electrician who was working on their kitchen replaced the grill element for them as one side wasn’t working, but since he replaced it the element doesn’t come on and only the cooling fan comes on.Merv

ParticipantOn the BSH parts list, it is down as a sensor NTC (position 0984). I was told to fit all the parts supplied in the kit, which I did.

ParticipantI had this issue sometime ago and spoke to someone at BSH technical.
Here is the link to my post,
https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/forums/forum/trade-member-forums/trade-technical-spare-parts-forums/trade-technical-enquiries/870863-neff-oven-u1ace2hn0b01Basically, there is a NTC repair set (part number 12027485) that cured the issue.

ParticipantI had one of these with the same issue.
It turned out to be the valve that was faulty. Although it was opening and letting water through, it wasn’t opening fully, thus reducing the required flow rate.Merv

ParticipantHi,
just to close this one. I emailed Sharp with the issue and I was contacted by Vestel support who sent me the procedure to take the oven off demo mode.
The procedure is,
When the oven is working (not in standby mode) ‘Back and ok’ should be touched together for activating/deactivating DEMO mode.Tried this and it worked. No idea why they just don’t put it in the instruction book.

ParticipantThanks Dave.
I had a look on ASWO with the correct serial number and none of the information mentioned Demo, I even checked against different model numbers.
I can activate and deactivate the child lock, so it isn’t that. From the little info I have found on google, there are others that have asked the same question and have had no responses.Merv
SWERV
ParticipantSorry Dave, it should be KS-70T50BHH

ParticipantThank you.

SWERV
ParticipantThanks for the info.

SWERV
ParticipantHi Dave,
yes I did check that.
I was thinking that if it was a break in the wire, then it could only be the board.Merv
