ParticipantI have had a look at the parts diagram and it does seem that a lot of the parts are obsolete.
I will check out the motor switch when I go back.SWERV
ParticipantIt does list a not resettable thermal fuse on the parts list. Is this different to the one on the front of the heater duct?

ParticipantThere were some actions I couldn’t perform. I rang accounts because I noticed the direct debit hadn’t gone out of my account and they said because of the transition no direct debits were currently going through, but they were getting round to calling everyone.
I made a card payment and everything is now working.Merv

ParticipantDave, just a quick note to say you were spot on.
Front panel off and side panel off. Very straight forward.Merv
SWERV
ParticipantThanks Dave.

SWERV
ParticipantIf you work it out please let me know how you did it, because I’ve never managed to figure it out.

ParticipantI think the rivet you are referring to is just a locating rivet. The top should just slide back once the screws are removed.
The front does come off, a bit of work but pretty straight forward.Merv
SWERV
ParticipantHi,
I have already replaced the pressure switch.Merv
SWERV
ParticipantThanks.
Other than checking the wiring to the pressure switch, it could be a board fault. -
