    We have an account with D.A.D, but I was wondering if anyone who has an account with Inmans, found their prices and stock levels were comparible to D.A.D? it seems that everything I seem to order lately from D.a.d seems to be out of stock, even if it’s on there special offer sheet.

    I’ve just spoken to them, the guy seemed quite reasonable, maybe he’s had enough of people telling him to get lost! I told him we wouldn’t be paying and I would only deal with the matter in writing.He then said they can only deal with the matter over the phone and then asked if we were owed money and if we were, they could probably offset against what we’re owed!! Would that mean that they would send us a nice big cheque :D. Somehow,. me thinks not.Needless to say I didn’t go into that.

    We’ve also been approached by domestic and general, with regards to call out/labour charges, I was wondering if anyone lowers their standard rate or do you charge your normal rate?
