    Re: golocal reactive

Nothing to do with upbringing, just necessity.

I would love to answer / return calls at my leisure, but nowadays a missed call is a lost job. Even those that leave a message only give you a few minutes if that.

I always make a point to explain why I have to answer it, the majority of customer understand.
It can be awkward mind when the phone is ringing of the hook between 8 & 9 on a Monday morning.

Motor related errors. Control Board or Motor or wiring. Or even fault on heater. Best to call out someone with the correct tools & knowledge. Theres a repair search on this site.

Change the top selector board / pcb. That should do it. (The programme selection one).

Order up a new pump & float kit, probably on this site somewhere, its bound to need it.
Unfortunately unclipping these things do require a bit of force. I find holding my breath helps.

Good model that one but it sounds like you got water into the electrics. Shame.

Could try draining of the water and letting the machine dry out.

Did you check the insulation of the machine? Heater is always a good starting point.

The reset is the same as the WAE range. The one where you turn it to 6 oclock and hold the spin button etc, etc.
I suppose if you’ve tried the reset with or without the motor plugged in, then the board may have gone? Its worth giving it a few more tries as I do find these touch sensitive buttons not very responsive to my knackered finger tips.

When you say not moving on, in what way?

Does it do the spin cycle ok? Does it do the rinse cycle ok?
Did you check the heater? Have you run it on the test cycle?
