    Nobody is going to work for free, engineers have to earn a wage to pay the bills the same as everyone else.
    And they would not come out for free to tell you whats wrong, so you can then repair it your self.

    Have you checked the correct heater ,from you description it looks as if you are checking the dryer element in the top of machine . Wash heater is at the back of machine just near the motor.

    6E fault is water not heating ,heater resistance should be ~27 ohm .

    Switch off at mains and pull plug out if investigating.

    Timer is controled by PCB. PCB controls every thing valves,motor,heater etc,so PCB probably faulty

    Its sold in US and UK and EU.
    In the US its its just a standard household domestic dryer.

    Try this site for drawings of US models “www.appliancepartspros.com” just type in model no . Part numbers are not the same as UK numbers and numbers on drawings are different but the descriptions are Ok. And you can print off drawings which can be helpfull.

    There are stats and a thermal fuse on ducting at the rear of machine that will stop it.

    Servis satprog shows all 3 numbers as heaters and servis price list shows it as a heater . It shows as motor on connections but price is right for heater.So connections wrong.
