    It senses the water temperature, so controler knows when to switch heater off.

    Just looked on service manual and it lists 720344000 drum and shaft and 402017200 tub gasket.

    You need to test these with a damp load , will not run for long if no load.

    I’m sure the Beko CDA563FS is frost free freezer and refrigerated back panel in fridge, so a layer of frost will form on back panel of fridge. This should just defrost each time the compressor stops. According to description of this appliance the fridge has ” Concealed evaporator with cold wall technology “Automatic defrost in fridge . So appliance may be working correctly.

    Have you checked the filter,as a blocked filter will stop machine from spinning

    When set to fan it uses a different element to conventional setting.

    Serial no starting 9947 means it was made in week 47 of 1999.

    First four digits of Servis serial number are year and week number.
