    Check the clock set to manual, if set to auto it will not work until a cook time is set.

    I am getting the same ,out in the sticks here on .5mb connection it sometimes takes 20 seconds load the page I want to look at.Then each time I change to a different part of the forum its the same again. I have have no twitter or face book accounts so its not my end that causes the problem.

    Are you using the correct amount of detergent according to machine instructions. you could be over doseing.
    Most new machines use less water for washing,so the amount of detergent needs to be adjusted accordingly.

    You need to remove the transfer pipe to check for restrictions,it needs to be completely clear or water will not flow correctly.

    There are 2 elements 1 for fan oven and 1 for grill, so total is correct. Is the fan inside running when set to oven cook.
    If fan not running oven will not get to temperature.

    I aways change front seal and front bearing pads on these, I find it saves on recalls.

    According to TDS all fault codes are F** , and C39 shows when diagnostics is entered. There is no mention of C37 on TDS.
