    Just a comment gents,

Recently had heater ass oc with this design, ordered part (complete assy)and fitted only to find out would not heat, would not heat due to microswitch fitted/suplied – when open sc / when closed oc.

    Thanks

You say that it is getting current through it, I can assume you mean the heater is getting 230v ?

If this is so it would mean that the heater is faulty/ Is it open circuit ,

however I would never recommend you test live.

    Hope this helps

For indepth testing of this fault you would need specialist test equipment, It sounds that you have a earth leakage problem.

Suggest you call the experts in

contact Repairs@ to find someone near you .

This peice of glass could of had a minute crack in the corner, since manufacture, and at the given moment when you opened the door the cold are would have met the hot glass and caused it to shatter.

    Hope this helps

used to work for these. that moat thing around the castle.

Common fault with these 3 edge modules not spinning , you could try dropping the motor to the bottom then replacing belt to create big tension
if spins okay, only problem is that enhances bearing fallure. otherwise replace module (there normally will be no evidence of pcb failure)

    hope thi helps

This may sound strange ‘turn the lights of in room’ put your machine on spin empty whilst the machine is spinning look under the machine placing your head on the floor and see if there is any flashing underneath.
