Bring on the Iron Maiden especially for driving. It always helps get me 20 to a place minutes quicker.

Then Metallica’s “nothing else matters” with the London Philarmonic Orchastrer, beautiful track.

But my most favourite tune is Iron Maidens “Phatom of the Opera”, you know the Lucazade ad with Dailey Thompson and more recently KFC.
and also “hallow’d be thy name” stunning vocals.

NEB appliances that were sold by B&Q have only ever had a 1 year warranty.

The manufacturer of the oven in question (NARDI Spa) guarantee their own branded appliances for 2 years NARDI is the brand.

When B&Q purchased these ovens they only paid for 1 years warranty.
If you have it in writing from B&Q that your oven has a two year guarantee, Please PM me because as of yet i have not seen anything.

Originally Caremark serviced these machines then EXPERT appliance care has taken over.

If you have been offered the part free the call taker has got it wrong (idiots). The job should be fully chargable. and the labour rates you were quoted are (as fas as i know) industry standard.

for this model.

I have the service manual and this don’t tell you how to disable the tune at the end.

the dishwasher being 10 years old i do believe it’s the merloni model
milleniumaire has. Originally sold by B&Q.

|The fagor version was a temporary batch we bought in when merloni let us down big time with a delivery.
This version had a “F” on the end of the model number 800270F to identify
it.

The actual spring needed are

444008400 for the right hand
444008300 for the left hand.

I don’t think these are obsolete. But don’t quote me though.

Yes the elements have now changed.
They now use a 3 ringed element which is more reliable than the standard 2 ringed element.

Part number R2100001.

The brands are still owned by Bernsteins the have been sold to PABL
but not yet transferred.

Plenty of legal issues with the White Westinghouse brand.

Anyway Expert Appliance Care are the agents for these brands
Caremark now only supply parts to the public and trade.

The manufacturer or brand should be on the rating plate.

Re: Homark “Nova” cooker hood – model 5060

HI Peter

Not looking too good i’m afraid that hood is at least 14 years old
as it went obsolete in 1991 so i’m guessing more like 15-16 years old.

It was made by an italian company called Gold System (now Fox Arrado i think). ❓

The original part number for this hood is 311.31.006.0 Motor Type 2 VP27.

If you ring Caremark they may just have one or two lying around but don’t hold your breath.

I would actually recommend buying a new hood to be honest it’s probably cheaper than buying a motor. 40 quid in Comet
