    Hi

Manufacturing defect then.Tell the customer to get the retailer to sort it out especially as its a built in model cos it ain’t gonna be a cheap one to replace.

Re: Samsung RS60 freezer defrost heater replacement.

    Easy..

Gently..never had to regas as there is enough movement an flexibility on the pipework. Same system used on most frost free freezers.heaters are wrapped round evaporator Just don’t be heavy handed.

Treat it like a woman..Slap it now and then.. lol

Re: Samsung SRL629 keeps blowing thermal fuses

put the sensor at the top it will do a shorter defrost

That put’s it into a longer defrost which have NO effect on the fuse failure.

The thermal fuse must be fitted away from next to the heater. Is it sticking on defrost ? Faulty relay on board ?.

Sensor on the bottom is the correct position( which would give a shorter defrost as the heater is wrapped round the bottom).Further away from the heater gives a longer defrost as it would take longer for the sensor to reach the +17oc required to terminate the defrost.

Re: Lubrication for Liebherr drawer fridge

    Hi Nigel

Take the drawers out and they may need cleaning due to the bits of food that drop out over the years.otherwise a quick spray of furniture polish onto the runners or wheels will do the trick.WD40 stinks like hell and is a oil furniture spray is normally a silicone base.
