Hi
If the fan motor has failed then that setting will not get to the correct temperature for a long time and it will cause the fan element to fail also if you continue to use that function.
With this model you will also have a conventional oven setting. Does this get to the correct temperature ?.

We use SWIPE as there is no monthly charge and only requires a mobile phone signal. e mails & texts to advise when monies are paid into your main bank account.
You can set it up so that the customer is charged for the transaction charges also.Bryan

If you have a up to date mem loader and the module you have is the same the board can be re programmed to any washer dryer with that module fact!
Sorry but the 2 boards are different. they are also not superseded to the same board.And no the MEM reader will not reprogram all the wash driers which are listed as separate boards.If it did then I would only need to keep one board fits all wash driers.
We have MEM readers and can update whenever it requires as we are an authorised service centre and have access to all the software and all the new NFC programming and error reading program.

What is a decent appliance?? They all give problems sooner or later:)
one that the manufacturer or retailer will sell or supply parts for products that last till they go out of warranty.

Turn the whole appliance off for 48hrs with both doors open and then restart as normal. It’s possible that one of the doors have not been closed correctly. If it works great.. If not then spend more to get a decent appliance.

Or use a hand grinder with a cutting disc to grind off the extra couple of mm you require. use plenty of water else it’ll get very dusty.Ive done this without a problem as you would not be leaning on top but from within the present hole.

Why did the customer not call out GIAS ? And the core board that you’ve been supplied is incorrect as that one ended week 36 2014.
If you want the correct one then we can supply as we are a GIAS centre

You’ll find that their Ebay sales store is actually cheaper than a lot of the trade prices and it also includes vat and free postage and you also get to keep your 30 day returns as distant sales reg comes into force with them as its a private sale so it would also carry a warranty which they don’t normally do with a trade sale.
