just a quick update to this.
Been back found pump windings complely burned out so replaced pump and module 😀Thanks Allan.
ps. no sign of leaks onto pump.

I see where your coming from Mike,I’ve found that I’ve got a secondhand module for that model so I’ll try that after first inspecting m/c properly. 8)

I did one of these with Qualtex debor adhesive about 18mths back and didnt get a recall, pt no is mis01.

Mike are you saying the motor (or even the interlock)could take the pump triac out,I did look at the motor quickly but didnt get the megger on it ?Allan.

Cheers for the reply cris, I did cross my mind to replace it, I was just hoping someone might have a method for cleaning them without taking it off.Wishful thinking me thinks :rolls:

Might be worth taking them off,it’s usually something on the motor side with those symptoms.

What insulation readings did you get from the heater & motor, anything under about 40 megg could be causing problems ?

Have you checked brushes and motor plug connections ?
