I think gandh1 could be correct on this, I’d take the eco ball out and see what happens 8)

Re: You want to charge me HOW MUCH!

The way I see it, if I go to a M/c thats developing other faults beside the one reported by the customer, ie noisey bearings etc my call out charge enables me to be honest with the customer.
If I was doing free call outs the temptation might be to talk customers into jobs which are not really worth doing.

Can’t think if there’s a vent, could it be overfilling on rinses ?

Ditto with Allsorts on this, I was finding more & more people were asking me to order a part in then trying elsewhere to get it quicker. 😡

Jim is 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} correct (as expected), I know these M/c can leak from the draw if the filter gets blocked but that’s already been checked. Does it leak before the pump kicks in ?

I think (and somebody might correct me here) the hall sensor is to prevent damage to the stator in the event of a jammed drum.
Not sure if you can buy it separately or if it comes with the stator.

I’ve had an account with Crosslee for about 5 yrs and find them ok to deal with but not really had much tech advise off them. :rolls:
