    The one i struggle with is the condenser dryers with the jockey wheel fixed to the motor,any hints on these would be greatly appreciated !!!

    Its allways been the button for me! Ckeck it with a meter,just because it clicks dont mean it works! Alan

    Have you left it running for a while- the conenser valve may be going open circuit when its been on for a while. Alan

    Ok,thanks,i didnt mean to sound thick about the board! But it was a new board that i had just fitted and wasnt sure if you meant there was another board that controlled the heater,i have not had much to do with these so am still learning about them! I assume the heater is quite a low wattage as i couldnt see any relays? Any way thanks for your help i will go back and check thermal fuse,is this available as a spare part as couldnt see it on connect. Thanks again Alan

    Are you using a genuine belt? Some of the pattern ones are narrower(5 rib instead of 6)

    I think the tacho has a plug on the end frame that plugs into the main part of the motor,has the plug missed the socket so to speak?? Alan

    Had. A simular fault on one of these,the dryer would heat on the test prog but not in normal use,turned out to be the main pcb.Al

    Had allready cleared stored codes & test prog brings back E72.have since changed dryer valve coil allthough seemed ok just to be sure.dryer heaters reed perfect hot or cold. cust still says will work fine if they do auto wash & dry.fault only occurs on t/dry only. Thanks for input.Alan

    Think the door keeps top basket in place- if top spray arm not working check that feed pipe has not come out of filter housing . Al
