Best bet may be to try with one of the big boys to do the training and get a few years experience. I did 10 years with hotpoint before going alone
It is a hard trade to be in these days

It’s an earth fault on heater that causes problem as already said. Doesn’t matter if you select a problem that’s not using it. Heater needs meggering to be sure
