If it’s a door switch then shouldn’t be costly but would highly recommend a gas safety engineer sorts it.

Most base element are done taking the back off. Have done a few where the base comes off

Could be door switch if it’s on that model, gas safety engineer should be looking at this one

I’d be looking closely at the pressure chamber, may look clean but I’ve replaced loads of these for similar faults

I agree that fergie knew when to get out. He saw that the team needs rebuilding and probably hasn’t got it in him to go through all that again.
