You can get a loom just for the dryer part that includes that connector. I had one the same and someone on here gave the correct part no on connect. Have looked back but can’t see it , will have another look. Part was only a few quid

I had one like that and there was a slight blockage in the pressure hose

I’ve had to replace the button in the past, I know it sounds stupid but did you have selector switched to off before resetting. Got caught out like that myself

ParticipantRe: Panasonic Washing Machine Help
I take it you can hear the pump working, if yes there’s a blockage probably in the sump hose

Does it connect to the sink trap. If so check there as well, sounds like a blockage somewhere

If you don’t find a blockage check the hose for little nicks that would allow ain’t to escape

Yep done that mate. There was a very slight grooving on the seal but no obvious signs of drum spider damage. She will have to see how it goes

ParticipantRe: Miele w1514.
Thanks for that. My concern is why the seal got damaged in the first place, wondering if there is a drum fault. Don’t want to guarantee the seal when I’m not sure if that’s the real problem

I wish people would listen when I tell them don’t by a Merloni machine!

I would mate. Especially the rear felt and make sure the washer goes on the drum spindle before reassembling. Easy for them to drop off. Also check the pulley for ant signs of wear

I would replace them along with the belt just to eliminate that being the problem, personally I always replace them as a matter of course
