It’s worth taking the outer door off to have a look. Very common for the wires to break. Power off first though

Quite normal for cooling fan to come on when top oven/grill is on

Tbh kettles and toasters are almost a consumable item these day, lost count of how many we’ve replaced over the last few years. It’s the way it is I’m afraid
