ParticipantRe: Any tips to remove Dyson CR01 motor?
Cheers. That certainly does explain it, and its much better than the other implied explanation that I am past it. 🙂
If I’d known you need a special tool just to get the motor off I wouldn’t have praised it so highly in my review.

ParticipantRe: Is there a Miele “internal” filter?

What are they for if they already have a filter at the front? And if they don’t have a filter at the front it’s just a rip off so customers can’t clear common obstructions and fluff themselves (like with Hotpoint)

ParticipantRe: How much would it cost to make a Servis washer?
It’s so much harder to make money out of a quality product or service isn’t it? Due to the majority of the UK public being so gullable, lazy, tight, short sighted etc. Many genuinely believe the expensive stuff is actually a rip off and they aren’t going to fall for it. They apply the same logic to repair companies too, which is why free estimates rule. Merry Christmas to ’em all 🙂

Cheers K, but {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of which price? 🙂

I wonder what amount is put aside to cover 12 month’s guarantee?

ParticipantRe: Whatever happened to Dyson washing machines?
I rated the Dyson quite highly. It was well made, though not a true “quality” machine like Miele, it was highly innovotive and had great design features. I really liked it. In my opinion too though, it was greatly overpriced.

ParticipantRe: New megger required – where and how much?
Cheers Martin. Some people don’t know how to market things properly. Do I get a discount if I buy the MARTINdale one?

ParticipantRe: New megger required – where and how much?
Thanks guys. What’s all this plus £27 calibration scam though? Are they selling stuff that doesn’t work unless calibrated at extra cost? Why would calibration be optional – what’s the problem with not having it done?

Are you going to bother turning up this time Martin? 😛

Why would that be filtered? Can’t you change the settings so that all filtered words apear as something like “buttocks”? It could be fun.
