    Thanks, Clayside.

Where can you get them at those prices? Connect are almost 50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} more on the heater than that price…..trade!!! And Qualtex don’t do Miele either……. 😕

    Cheers,

    Steve.

    E20 – drain fault.
    E40 – door interlock fault.
E90 – communication error. (usually the blue cables between PCB main board and fascia PCB – contacts on fascia PCB (user interface) loose and oxidised. Remove plug to fascia PCB and clean edge connector; crimp plug to tighten and refit.

Re: TRICITY BENDIX BD921 GRILL DOOR SEAL FITTING

With the oven door open, remove the screws holding the oven to the furniture cabinet. Then loosen the five screws around the oven frame just enough to remove the old seal. ( don’t remove them completely!)
Starting at the bottom centre, push the seal into the gap between the oven cavity and the front frame. Follow round, making sure the seal is even and seated correctly. After fitting the whole seal, it may be necessary to cut off the excess with a sharp knife. Butt the ends together tightly; cut the seal a tad oversize to achieve this. Patience is the key!!

    Hope that helps,

    Steve.

Re: TOOL BOX WITH LAPTOP SPACE ?

CK toolcase model T1632 is the update of the T1630 and has a hard rubber base – great for wet floors. I’m just replacing mine after well over 2 years of abuse; the T1632 has outlasted all my previous toolboxes. Highly recommended!!!

    Re: LG pointers Please

Motor stator failure often presents itself as a loud hum and the pulley will vibrate. The pulley is removed like any other; except it is magnetic and quite hard to pull off. Take care not to trap your fingers between the pulley and stator. If the machine is tripping the electric, then look for damage to the large capacitor on the PCB. If the outer case is split, then the whole PCB has to be renewed as the components are sunk in resin. 🙁

    Hope that helps,

    Steve.

    Re: neff oven ui420ovgb/o1

MTR213 from Qualtex @ £31.37 + VAT will fit. Looks different at first but when the old one is removed, the holes on the motor mounting panel line up perfectly with the triangular mounting plate. Just move the motor around until they line up. 😉 The 3 screws holding the original motor will be too long so just swap them with the shorter back cover screws (making sure the longer screws are fitted in the corners of the back cover).

    Hope that helps,

    Steve.

Re: ISE 10 1606W no drum action ‘F1’ fault.

F1 with just the first red segment around the start/door open switch indicates a door not closed problem.
F1 with all the segments light up means an overfill problem.

don’t forget to reset the program (holding start button down for 5 secs, switching off/unplugging will not re set it) before testing as it will still flag up the error code even if the fault has been repaired. (info:- courtesy of eastlmark)

Check the mounting brackets on the drier unit. They can shear off and make a terrible noise.

    Re: Miele T284 drier.

Tried it on timed drying – still no heat. The safety cut out on the top of the element was set (not OC) and the heater looked perfect. The machine has a relay PCB and the control PCB; are these fallible? Are there any more thermostats or cut outs apart from the ones on the heater?

    Thanks,

    Steve.
