no this is not part of the door catch this part is t the right of the door catch, it is srewed onto top of the cabinet under the lid. I tried to upload a photo but it says it’s too big.

Hi Dave just an update on this error code, it turned out to be the brushes. I see on the info you gave the F27 is only in test mode but this machine was not in test mode when this error came up. Hope this might help someone else down the line. Thanks again Dave.
