    Thanks Dave I went onto that site which led me onto hoonved spare parts and I found what I was looking for and googled the part no and found a supplier here in Ireland.

    You were right Martin went back to house today and on second try resetting it worked. I had tried this so many times yesterday luckily it was a local call. Thanks for the help.

    Cheers Martin its the first time I’ve come across this I’ve had problems in the past actually clearing the error code but once I did it worked away no problem.

    Cheers Jim I have already informed the customer of this.
    I was thinking that was the way the belt went over the jockey pulley is there any tips on getting it over the pulley .

    Cheers Jim the seal I’m looking for is the 2nd rubber one. I will be letting my customer know do you know exactly what they are doing with the m/cs to sort this. The motorbike is gone Jim

    Cheers for the replies guys but I don’t think I can use the baby oil on the top where the gas flame would be what about the Chromol though?
